REPORTING
Interpretation & Analysis Reporting
CSG’S Senior Coal Seam Gas professionals are well versed in all governmental and economic requisites for reporting on all areas of exploration and production.CSG can provide Desk- top studies, well completion……. well completion, preliminary and Interpretation/Analysis reports required by official or corporate authorities in a suitable timeframe.
Well Completion Report:
CSG understands that a Well Completion Report must be submitted to the Department of Mines within six months after completion of a well (P&A). This report includes the following data:
- Summary
- Geology
- Drill site map
- Daily drilling reports
- Drillers log
- Graphic log
- Core photos
- Gas desorption data
- Petrographic and Vitrinite reflectance data
- Density and proximate analyses
- Isotopic analysis
- Adsorption isotherm tests
- Wireline logs
- Permeability data
Preliminary Well Report:
A CSG preliminary report is prepared prior to issuing a detailed analysis report with a full data set. The preliminary report lists drilling and drilling related issues, basic geological data obtained, gas desorption and composition data and their analyses. It also includes the assessment of the success ratio of the projected targets prior to drilling. It is usually documented two months after completion of a well.
Interpretation and Analysis Report:
The CSG Final Data Analysis Report documents all data, their individual analyses and integrated interpretations for CSG potential. It includes the following data:
- Summary
- Geology
- Expenditure
- Gas desorption data and analysis
- Petrographic and Vitrinite reflectance data and analyses
- Coal Characteristics, classification, depositional environments
- Adsorption isotherm tests
- Wireline logs
- Permeability data and analysis
- Source of Gas
- GIP Estimations (Deterministic and Probabilistic Methods)
- Assessment of reservoir conditions
- Completion design according to reservoir conditions
- CSG Prospectivity
- Conclusion
